Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours of receipt.  For orders with free shipping, they will be shipped via USPS, priority mail so should be received within 4-7 days from when an order is placed.   Please contact us if the order needs to be expedited.  Thank you! 

Refund and Return Policy:

Our goal is to have you be completely satisfied with your purchase. With skin care products, there are a lot of variables so we want to give you some guidelines to help this process and will do everything to help you.

Any time you start using a new product or products, the skin needs to adapt. So, it may go through a transition phase where clogged pores or bumps may come to the surface for a short period after initial use. This would not be considered a negative reaction. The more consistent you can be with the regimen, the faster it will resolve. Please contact us so we can help make recommendations to make the transition easier.

Our product line has been formulated for very sensitive skin and we have not used any artificial fragrance or irritants in the line. But if there is any irritation (redness or rash) that develops, please discontinue use until we can help determine a reason. Please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the reaction.

If the products were a gift and are unused, they may be returned within 14 days of receipt for credit to the purchaser's account once products are received in unused, good condition. A refund cannot be made to gift recipient.
